2017 Spring Festival Entertainment Line Up
Friday June 2nd at 5pm The New Iberian’s will be performing at the main stage. The members are Evan Shlaes on accordion, keys, & vocals, Fred Ingram on the drums, Paul Bassette washboard, Lincoln McGrath on bass, Michael Brummell on harmonica & vocals, & Clark Salisbury on guitar. Saturated Phats will be playing Pop/Rock & Roll music Friday night June 2nd between 8pm-12pm. They sing a wide variety of tunes ranging from The Joker, Smooth, Folsom Prison Blues and Cruise to Proud Mary, You Really Got Me & a number of their unique originals. Whether it’s their original songs or classic favorites, they put an eclectic approach to their music.
Ritchie the Reptile Man will be at the main stage at 6pm Saturday June 3rd. He gets young boys and girls involved with showing the reptiles to the audience. He has been doing presentations throughout Oregon & Washington for the past 26 years. His show features between 15-20 reptiles from around the world at each presentation. http://oregonreptileman.com
The Columbia Gorge Belly Dancers will be performing on the main stage Saturday June 3rd at 7pm. In 2016 this group of dancers received the Belly dancer USA 3rd place People’s Choice Award. Dez and the girls are very entertaining & lots of fun to watch.
Saturday June 3rd at 8pm Live Wire an AC/DC Tribute Band will have the big tent a rockin. Other entertainment during the weekend festival on Saturday at noon Harmony of the Gorge will perform at the opening ceremony, an all-time favorite White Salmon Jazz Band entertains us between 1pm-3pm. On Sunday we have a really fun group of salsa dancers that will entertain us between 12:30-1:30pm they are so energetic & great fun. Our event will close with Rudi Bakke & the River City Jazz Band, they start at 2pm.
